These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PK Salute platform, including all games, betting services, promotions and payment features available on the website and any associated mobile version. By registering an account on PK Salute, by depositing funds, or by placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of PK Salute. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. PK Salute reserves the right to update these Terms at any time — the most current version is always published on this page with the date of last revision clearly stated at the top.
To create and maintain an account on PK Salute you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. PK Salute takes its age verification obligations seriously and reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of your account's lifecycle.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, partner or immediate family member of a PK Salute employee or contractor.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
- You must not have previously had a PK Salute account closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
PK Salute targets the Pakistani market and has designed its products, payment methods and support infrastructure specifically for players in Pakistan. Players accessing PK Salute from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for verifying whether their local laws permit participation in online betting services of this nature.
Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on PK Salute. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or linked payment methods — is a breach of these Terms regardless of the reason. PK Salute uses automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify multi-accounting, and when confirmed it will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful. Providing false registration details, including a false date of birth to circumvent the age restriction, is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. This includes your password and any withdrawal PIN you set. PK Salute will never request your password through any channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify PK Salute's support team immediately and change your password.
PK Salute reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. This may involve requesting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement, or a selfie with your CNIC. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is completed.
PK Salute accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted and no currency conversion is applied at any point.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 across all supported methods. Maximum transaction limits vary by method and by account verification tier — your current limits are displayed in your account settings.
- Deposits are credited to your PK Salute balance immediately upon payment confirmation. In rare cases where a deposit is debited from your wallet but not reflected in your balance within five minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
- PK Salute charges zero fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or wallet provider are outside PK Salute's control.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within three minutes for standard accounts and under sixty seconds for VIP Club members, subject to successful OTP verification.
- PK Salute applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, particularly for card-funded accounts. Exceptions may be granted following identity verification.
- PK Salute reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending additional verification if the transaction is flagged by our security systems. Players will be notified promptly if additional information is required.
PK Salute offers various promotions including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including bonus amounts, eligibility criteria, validity periods, minimum deposit requirements and wagering requirements — which are published alongside the offer. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.
General bonus rules applicable to all PK Salute promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Multi-accounting to claim additional welcome bonuses is a violation of these Terms.
- Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in that offer's terms.
- Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Cricket betting and Aviator typically contribute 100% towards the requirement; Teen Patti and other card games may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the relevant offer terms.
- PK Salute reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if it has reason to believe the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, multi-accounting or exploitation of a software error.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice.
All bets placed on PK Salute are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — cricket betting, Aviator, Teen Patti, or any other game or event offered on the platform. Product-specific rules are published within each game section. The following general rules apply across all PK Salute betting products:
- A bet is binding once confirmed by the player and accepted by PK Salute's system. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation except where specific in-play rules permit cash-out or partial cash-out.
- PK Salute publishes odds in real time. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
- In the event of a technical failure that prevents a game from completing normally (e.g., a live dealer disconnect or Aviator server interruption), PK Salute will resolve all affected bets based on the provably fair game state recorded at the time of the failure. Winnings already credited to your account during an interrupted session will stand; stakes on incomplete rounds will be refunded.
- PK Salute reserves the right to void any bet placed after a result has been determined (commonly referred to as "past posting") — whether or not the player was aware of the outcome at the time of placing the bet.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. Your current maximum payout limits are shown in your account settings and within each relevant game.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK Salute and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age.
- Multi-accounting: creating or operating more than one PK Salute account under any circumstances.
- Bonus abuse: systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including matched betting designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform.
- Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in Teen Patti or any other multiplayer game on PK Salute.
- Exploitation of software errors: deliberately exploiting a technical error, pricing mistake or system glitch to generate artificial winnings.
- Money laundering: using PK Salute to deposit or withdraw funds for purposes other than genuine entertainment, or to disguise the origin of funds. PK Salute cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and Suspicious Transaction Reporting obligations.
- Automated betting: using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated means to place bets or interact with PK Salute's platform without explicit written permission.
- Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for a genuine PK Salute transaction. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently closed.
All content on the PK Salute platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, colour scheme, game interfaces, odds data, written content, graphics and software — is the exclusive property of PK Salute or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PK Salute platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify or create derivative works from any PK Salute content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of PK Salute's intellectual property will be pursued through available legal remedies.
PK Salute collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this website. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept PK Salute's Privacy Policy. Key points regarding your data:
- PK Salute collects registration data, transaction data, device data and gameplay data for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, legal compliance and platform improvement.
- Payment data is encrypted and tokenised. PK Salute does not store full card numbers after transaction processing.
- PK Salute does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.
- You have the right to request a copy of your personal data and to request corrections to inaccurate data by contacting support@pksalute.com.

You may close your PK Salute account at any time by contacting support. Any available balance at the time of closure that is not subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements will be refunded to your registered payment method within three business days, subject to standard identity verification.
PK Salute reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve months, or as required by legal or regulatory obligation.
In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms or fraud, all balances — including any real-money and bonus amounts — will be forfeited. PK Salute will retain transaction records for a minimum of seven years for compliance purposes regardless of account status.
PK Salute provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, delays or errors at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PK Salute's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
PK Salute is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, third-party payment delays, or incorrect odds displayed due to data feed errors. In the event of a material odds error, PK Salute reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
PK Salute is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a coping mechanism. The following tools are available free of charge to all PK Salute players at all times:
- Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount from your account settings. Changes to increase a deposit limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.
- Session time reminders: Configure notifications that remind you of how long you have been playing within a session.
- Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from PK Salute. Once a self-exclusion is in place, re-registration during the exclusion period will be blocked.
- Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing your net profit/loss for the current session.

Continued use of the PK Salute platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any balances at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the withdrawal policies in effect at that time.
Minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect player rights may be updated without formal notification, though the date shown at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance or termination, shall first be referred to PK Salute's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty days of first notification, either party may escalate to formal dispute resolution in accordance with applicable Pakistani law. All formal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
